The custom oversized foot pedals have a durable foam cushioning for a comfortable workout. The well-padded seat provides fore and aft tilt adjustments for customized comfort. It also features a standard bicycle seat post mountint so you cna install the seat from your own bike for training.

The easy-to-use electronic console includes quick start and one-button programming features along with a built-in fan to keep you cool. The large 8 × 20, multi-colored LED console has a 12-character message window, heart rate percentage graph, and display windows for time, distance, calories/weight, speed/RPM, level, watts, laps, and heart rate. It includes 10 programs as well as a built-in microprocessor that will hold data for up to 5 minutes after the pedaling stops—giving you enough time to record your workout.
